Transfer Window Countdown: Clubs Race Against August 31 Deadline

The main registration window for the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season will officially close at 11:59pm on Sunday, August 31, 2025.

Since opening on June 23, the window has given clubs, including FC Samartex 1996, the chance to finalize player transfers and squad registrations in preparation for the upcoming campaign.

The Ghana Football Association has reminded clubs that:

✅ All player registrations must be completed before August 31.

✅ Any queries raised by the GFA must be resolved within 24 hours, weekends included.

✅ Deadline for loading funds into the registration wallet is Wednesday, August 27, 2025, with proof of payment required by the Finance Department.

The 2025/26 Ghana Premier League kicks off on Friday, September 12, 2025, and for clubs like Samartex, the coming weeks are crucial for fine-tuning squads to compete at the very highest level.
