Ghanaian club Asante Kotoko has lined up a pre-season friendly with National division one outfit, FC Samartex - The Timber Giant
The match between the Kotoko outfit will help FC Samartex Head Coach Kobby Mens sharpen the rough edges in his team as he prepares for the upcoming campaign.
The match forms part of kotoko's preparation for the 2019/20 CAF Champions League campaign which starts next month and also raise funds for FC Samartex - The Timber Giant
The game has been fixed for Sunday November 8, 2020 with kickoff slated for 3pm GMT.
Asante Kotoko have already tasted match action after they destroyed lower-tier side Odweanoma FC by 3 goals to nil at their current camping base, the All Nations University Park, Koforidua.
The Porcupine Warriors are expected to compete in the Ghana Premier League, the FA Cup and more notably the CAF Champions League.
